Get rid of the yellow tiks 4 unanswered postsu cld change them 2 faces like e.g yellow smiley if unanswered 4 1 day or less, a green 1 for ananswerd for more than 1 day and a red 1 for unanswered 4 more than 5 days e.t.c

Yeah, the ticks die out after a while and it would be hard to understand the colour system, as well as ard to make. Nice thinking though.
