orb - good, but that could be incredibly simple if you use the the right program. good shading though, looks realistic.

Nav bars: i prefer the blue one, but they are both good. However making the image is only half the process, it is harder to get it on the site working.

i mean making the actual site nav bar.
Which is programmed to move (the selcted tab) and give several different links. Also, making it the right size to fit.

well, you have to make a further 2+ images (the other tabs)
then upload it, add html... etc
